| We also remanufacture grinders in-house and we can design a turnkey
solution including parts handling and integrated gaging plus we’ll
provide process verification and operator training as well.
We
repair virtually all makes and models of spindles including drawbar
verification, dynamic balancing and we can design/provide custom tooling
and spindle upgrades. We design and build new custom spindles for most
any application. We utilize many spindle body types and specialize in
tooling integration with performance certification.
We
manufacture patented Holo-Rol® Bearings which we use in spindles deigned
and built in our facility. Holo-Rol® Bearings offer high radial
stiffness with very low radial run out.
