Smith-Renaud, Inc. is a developer/remanufacturer of turnkey grinding
systems and a designer/manufacturer/rebuilder of custom precision
spindles. Founded in 1947 as H.P. Smith Spindles Corp., we have been
supplying tooling and equipment to a variety of industries. In addition,
we offer technical support, design verification, operator training and
field service as well.
As a machine rebuilder, spindle
manufacturer, and grinding facility, Smith-Renaud has an inventory of
replacement parts to maintain our own production and to provide
emergency service to our customers. When remanufacturing equipment, we
upgrade as many components as possible, offering state-of-the-art
elements which are readily available on a commercial basis.
If
necessary, we have complete design and manufacturing capabilities in our
facility to make any components needed. Further, we have clean room
